Villa Marinela is a beautiful villa with swimming pool and offers comfortable accommodation near the town of Porec and the Istrian beaches. Villa Marinela is located in the quiet part of Mali Maj, a settlement which is about 2.5 km away from Porec. First beach is about 600m away.
Accommodation is suitable for family vacation in Porec, summer holidays for group of friends as well as for enthusiasts of water sports and active vacationers.

Accommodation is offered in 5 apartments with capacity of beds for two to four persons. All apartments have a kitchenette, living room, one bedroom with double bed, bathroom (toilet / shower) and balcony overlooking the sea or the countryside. In the living room, there is a sofa bed that can serve as an extra bed for up to 2 persons.
In the beautifully landscaped garden, guests have on use large swimming pool (11 m x 5 m), umbrellas, sunbeds and a garden grill.
Parking is provided on the parking lot in front of the house.

The first beach is around 600 meters away, the beach is rocky, with paved and grassy sunbathing areas, which are surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and flowers.
Beach Špadići-Materada is an urban beach located 2.5 kilometers north of Porec. The beach is mainly composed of cement in combination with rocks. The beach has rescue team (08:00 to 19:00), first aid .. and has a blue flag.
Location includes one of the first nudist camps on the Adriatic - Ulika, located near the long, beautiful, rocky, but well arranged beach and surrounded by a large olive. On the beach are playgrounds, beach for children, sandpit, at one end of a large wooden boat, built in the sand, a small battery powered cars to drive between olive trees, lots of wooden toys, swings, a canvas for jumping ...
The path along the coast St. Martin leading to Hotel Materada, Hotel Turist and Hotel Luna with their annexes, it is well settled, there untouched nature and crystal clear sea.
